Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations: A thorough, initial evaluation to understand your or your child's developmental, emotional, and psychiatric history, establishing an accurate diagnosis and custom treatment plan.
Medication Consultation & Management: Collaborative evaluation for clients referred by therapists or primary care providers. Dr. Agraharkar works closely with your existing care team to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment.
Follow-Up & Continued Care: Routine appointments to monitor progress, adjust medications as needed, and provide ongoing support. Frequency is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Fees & Insurance
Dr. Agraharkar is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
Reimbursement: If you have out-of-network mental health benefits through your insurance plan, Dr. Agraharkar can provide you with an itemized billing statement (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Fee Schedule: Please contact the office directly to discuss fees, payment methods, and any financial considerations prior to your initial visit.
